A Japanese trailer for the upcoming fighting game Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit, which Namco Bandai will be releasing on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2008. The first trailer following the recent announcement of Pixel Junk Monsters, a sort of strategy game focused on tower defenses and... dancing in front of said towers, to make them more powerful (not to mention picking up gems to upgrade them). It's coming on the PS3 early next year, from Japanese developer Q-Games (Pixel Junk Racers). In One Piece: Unlimited Adventure, the motley Straw Hat Pirates find themselves stranded in a mysterious land after a massive island rises to the ocean surface from underneath their pirate ship. Players must assume the role of their favorite One Piece persona and explore this newly formed terrain to uncover the secrets and powers that lie within this isle. The PlayStation 3 prequel Yakuza 3 (Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan!) takes Sega's action-adventure franchise 400 years back in time, to the Edo period in 1605. Square Enix's Christmas treat was this surprise-preview trailer for Star Ocean 4, the sci-fi RPG sequel revealed earlier this year, currently in development at tri-Ace on some yet-to-be-announced platform(s). Microsoft keeps churning out gameplay trailers for the Xbox 360 sequel Ninja Gaiden 2 these days, so I guess it's time we added our first one, too. The clip obviously shows Ryu Hayabusa combo'ing his bloody ninja tricks. |
