Even though Funcom are in the relatively early beginnings of DirectX 10 development, things are starting to look very good. With this new video, they aim to show us some of the capabilities of the DirectX 10 technology when it is used in Age of Conan. Some of the improvements visible in the video are improved parallax mapping, better lighting and more advanced shadows technology. DirectX 10 will also make it possible to have sharper textures, more details in every scene, longer view distances and much more.
