Behind The Scenes Of Halo 3

Buckle up, it's time again for another Bungie update. The developers of Halo 3 have finally decided to release a "making-of E3 teaser" trailer (what's next, the making-of's making-of?), documenting the team's production work at that time, showing some never before seen footage (and subtle hints for die-hard fans), along with interviews with some of the key folks who worked on the E3 presentation.

"you will see some footage from the trailer that didn't make the cut, and you'll see angles and views from the realtime footage that we kept for this piece. And if you look very, very carefully, you'll see hints of things to come. Nothing too dramatic, but the fans will spot stuff, of that we're certain."

The trailer is available in several formats, but for your conveniece we have picked the medium (80 MB) version and made it available locally for download / streaming. However if you'd rather go for something smaller (26 MB) or perhaps the massive HD 720p version (for a whopping 400 MB!), you can get those over on Bungie's website.

In other Halo news, as of June 5th around noon, a half-billion games of Halo 2 have been played on Xbox Live. That's... a lot of zeroes!
