Red 5 Studios' MMO Adopted By Webzen

The Koreans from Webzen seem to have taken a liking to the success of their compatriots NCsoft in the field of online gaming, as they've been gathering quite a nice selection of MMO projects lately. And today they added another promising title, as announced on Red 5 Studios' website.

According to their agreement, Red 5's mysterious new MMOG property will be published worldwide by Webzen, althuogh it's not yet clear when this will happen, or even what kind of game we should look forward to. Suffice to say it's coming from a team that formerly helped develop World of Warcraft, and that the graphics technology will be based on the impressive Offset Engine, as we mentioned earlier this month.

As for Webzen, their future portofolio already holds a promising set of MMO titles, such as All Points Bulletin, Endless Saga (PC, PS3), Huxley (PC, Xbox 360) and SUN: Soul of the Ultimate Nation. We'll definitely keep an eye on them.
